Sign our Zone 10 Walleye Regulations Petition!

The current regulations for walleye (Sander vitreus) in Ontario Fisheries Management Zone 10 allows for a possession limit of 4 with none greater than 46cm for a Sport fishing license, and 2 walleye with none greater than 46cm for a Conservation license.

We the following anglers hereby request Graydon Smith,  Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry to revoke the current regulations for walleye in Zone 10 to the previous regulations, effective January 2025.


Present Regulations:

WalleyeSeason: Open Jan 1- Mar 31, 3rd Saturday in May to Dec. 31Limits: S-4; none greater than 46 cm, and C-2; none greater than 46 cm.


Proposed Regulations:

WalleyeSeason: Open Jan 1- Mar 31, 3rd Saturday in May to Dec. 31Limits: S-4; not more than 1 greater than 46 cm, and C-2; not more than 1 greater than 46 cm.
